I had a big mishap with my garage door, backed into it with my truck, I was devastated as it really did a number on one panel and the vertical tracks, knocked the out of whack big time. I called Legacy in the morning and spoke with Amanda. She was so kind, she organized a crew to come out the same day, first miracle believe me. Crew showed up on time and had a look at what I'd done, I was so embarrassed figured they'd have a look, order parts etc. and come back another day. Lo and behold Tyler and Mike said, we can get you up and running today. I was stunned, really I said, no problem was the response. They both went to town, straightened the tracks, un bent the panel I hit, reset all the parameters and had it full operational within about an hour. I was so happy, I couldn't believe it. I just got the invoice and it was beyond reasonable. I can't say enough good thing about this company, I am truly grateful to them all.

We recently had a new garage door opener installed, and Amanda and Quintin were wonderful to work with. They were so helpful and kind, especially when it came to helping my elderly mom navigate the whole process. They responded quickly, answered all our questions, and made everything so much easier. We really appreciated their patience and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

I needed to have my ancient garage door assist mechanism replaced. The installer turned up on time and conducted the work in a timely manner and explained the work as it was being completed. The door lift system was tested and the work area was cleaned up after. Would I recommend these guys; definitely.
