This classic home was fully renovated with the final touch being an updated overhead door and operator. Since the garage space is used as a gym, the homeowners needed an insulated door for temperature control and windows for natural light while maintaining a look that would complement the home’s beautiful exterior. They chose the Clopay Canyon Ridge Elements door in black with glass on the top panel and added a wall mounted operator which opens and closes the door effortlessly and quietly.

This forever home was undergoing a complete transformation, including the removal of stucco and the application of hardy board siding. Additionally, garage opening corners were updated from 45-degree to 90 degrees angles which modernizes the appearance and accommodates the windows seamlessly. A carriage home was also recently added, featuring a Steel Craft flush white door. To maintain aesthetic continuity and allow natural lighting into the space, the homeowners selected a similar door with clear glass.

On this 30 year old home, the garage plays a major role in its curb appeal. The homeowners wanted to update the look of their home with a more contemporary and polished appearance and decided to update their front door once they saw the impact the new garage door made. They opted for a Steel Craft charcoal door and added frosted privacy glass on the left side. They are delighted with the natural light that these windows bring into the garage as well as the temperature control difference between their old wood door and this new insulated steel door.

This home recently underwent a significant renovation, which included painting and removal of the pergola that had previously lowered the garage entrance. The result is a brighter, more inviting entryway featuring new doors and motors that operate smoothly and efficiently. There comes a time when the cost of repairing aging doors and operators outweighs the expense of replacement. This home was a prime example. To maintain the traditional look of the neighborhood, the homeowner selected the Steel Craft Ranch Craft door in white with frosted privacy glass. We also replaced the outdated motor which the homeowner rightly described as antique! This update provided a great improvement to the home as well as its owner.
